Under Ontario Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, soccer is changing in Ontario. It is important for all referees to stay up to date on how the game is being officiated.

Clinic Pathway
The Match Official Clinics are delivered in a hybrid format. Most content is completed online and self-guided, with key in-person components required.

Mandatory Components
There are only two components that must be attended live:
the Mandatory Webinar (online)
the Practical Session (on-field)
Law Exam
Only one component is graded on a pass / fail: the Law Exam.
Students have two attempts. If unsuccessful at both, they must re-register for the Clinic and start again.
Modules & Signals
The Module and Signals tests can be attempted multiple times without consequence.
