Required
Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3)
All volunteers 18 years of age or older must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3) — formerly known as Police Record Check.
This check is intended for people who work or volunteer with vulnerable people (i.e., coaches, parent volunteers). A vulnerable person can be a child under 18, elderly, or someone with a disability.
Applications through Peel Regional Police can be completed online here. The cost is $35. This applies to residents of Mississauga and Brampton only — please use your local services if you are from a different city.
You may require the following form from the Club: NMSC Vulnerable Sector Check (Police Record Check).
If you are applying online through Toronto Police please contact rflammini@nmsc.net for the Agency Code. You may also use this form: Toronto Police – Consent to Disclosure Waiver.
