This exercise sharpens the keeper's reflexes by requiring him to make
saves just as he is turning around.
DESCRIPTION:
The keeper should be positioned facing away from the coach. He raises
one arm, points that direction, immediately turns the direction he pointed
to face the coach, and saves a ball that the coach has either rolled or
drop-kicked to the side the keeper indicated. The coach should serve the
ball just after the keeper specifies the direction, so the ball is on the
way as the keeper turns.
