DESCRIPTION: |
Line up three players in a straight line, with one player in the
middle. One player on the outside passes the ball to the player in the
middle, who turns with it and passes it to the other player on the
outside. That player receives the ball and passes it back to the person in
the middle who turns again, and the pattern continues for 1 - 2 minutes.
When time expires, the player in the middle goes to the outside and a new
player enters the middle. Continue the cycle until all three players have
completed the exercise. |

VARIANTS: |
Repeat the exercise above, but have the outside players give a two hand
underhand service in the air to the target player. The middle player must
use his thigh or chest to prepare the ball to his right or left, turn to
that side, and volley the ball to the other outside player's hands.
