This exercise gets your keepers practicing the proper technique for
rolling balls while working on the quickness of their feet at the same
time.
DESCRIPTION:
Two keepers line up facing each other, one with a ball. The first
keeper should bowl the ball to the left of the other keeper, who sidesteps
into its path and scoops it up. He then bowls the ball back to the right
of the first keeper, who meanwhile has moved directly into the path of the
ball to scoop it up and continue the pattern. Repeat without
pause.
