Hit the Coach/Parent


OBJECTIVE:	"Hit the Coach/Parent" is a fun exercise that allows young players to practice their fundamental passing technique.
DESCRIPTION:	Line your players up along opposite sides of a rectangular grid, each with a ball. The coaches/parents run between the two rows of players, who try to score points for their team by using correct technique to pass their balls into the coaches' legs. All passes must stay on the ground; any player who lifts the ball into the air has a point deducted.
