| OBJECTIVE: |
The Cone Flip Contest is a competitive
fitness-training activity. |
| DESCRIPTION: |
Set up a large matrix of disc
cones spaced 6 yards apart, with half the cones turned upside down and
half right side up. Divide your players into two teams, and have the
players start anywhere outside the grid. When you say "Go!", the teams
compete against each other, with one team trying to turn all the cones
upside down and the other team trying to get them all right side up.
Play for 2-3 minutes, and the team that has the most cones oriented
its way when time expires wins. |

Play the same game again, but
require each player to dribble a ball while moving through the grid. |
